We’re a friendly, informal group of retired and partially retired NHS staff who meet monthly at Rhyl Rugby Club. Our get-togethers include guest speakers, outings, laughter, and the occasional adventure – no bosses, no agendas, just fun and friendship. We also run our popular ‘Eggs & Legs’ sociable strolls and breakfast banter, where you can join a gentle flat walk or simply meet us in a local café for a cuppa and chat.
