The branch enjoys a wide range of activities including speakers and entertainers to meetings, occasional flower arranging workshops last one was December. Annual picnic in the park (now held in venues garden, ideal if it rains), canal trips. Afternoon teas, occasional pub lunches and an annual Christmas lunch. If we have no speaker, we have a general social which may involve a quiz, beetle drive or bingo. We also have joint ventures with the Watford branch such as walks and theatre trip. Refreshments are available such as tea, coffee and cake at £2. New members are very welcome and we look forward to hearing from you.
