The Members Council, at its meeting on the 5th September, received the Draft of the Member and Branch Handbook, but agreed that it should be distributed for further consultation before it could grant its approval.

Branch officers and members are asked to comment on the draft to ensure the Handbook will be of use and meet their needs.
