We will only use your personal information to administer your membership and to provide the services you have requested from us. We want you to stay informed about our events and other opportunities to support the NHS Retirement Fellowship, as well as the benefits we offer. If you use our online membership sign up forms:

We use these to administer your membership and to provide the services you have requested from us. We want you to stay informed about our events and other opportunities to support the NHS Retirement Fellowship, as well as the benefits we offer. We store this information whilst your membership is current
- We will NOT store your payment information which instead will be securely processed by our chosen payment providers.
If you use our Branch contact form:
We will collect and store the following personal data from you: your name and email address. We use these to reply to you and to provide any services you may have requested from us. We store this information whilst your membership is current
Cookies
If you are a member and you log in to the Members’ Area on this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. What rights you have over your data
If you have used our Membership form or Branch contact form, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
