We do not sell or share personal details to third parties for the purposes of marketing. You can read our Privacy Policy. We will only use your personal information to administer your membership and to provide the services you have requested from us. We want you to stay informed about our events and other opportunities to support the NHS Retirement Fellowship, as well as the benefits we offer. If you use our online membership sign up forms:

  • We will collect and store the following personal data from you: your name, email address, home address and (if you choose to provide it) your phone number. We use these to administer your membership and to provide the services you have requested from us. We want you to stay informed about our events and other opportunities to support the NHS Retirement Fellowship, as well as the benefits we offer. We store this information whilst your membership is current
  • We will NOT store your payment information which instead will be securely processed by our chosen payment providers.

If you use our Branch contact form:

We will collect and store the following personal data from you: your name and email address. We use these to reply to you and to provide any services you may have requested from us. We store this information whilst your membership is current

Cookies

If you are a member and you log in to the Members’ Area on this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

What rights you have over your data

If you have used our Membership form or Branch contact form, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
