Celebrating Windrush Day – June 22nd 2021
Today is the 73rd anniversary of the Windrush Generation and the arrival of the Empire Windrush at Tilbury. The NHS Retirement Fellowship would like to thank and recognise our members and their relatives who were part of this historic event. We express our gratitude for the contributions they have made not only to the NHS but also for their support and involvement in the Fellowship .
The Fellowship will continue to celebrate and commemorate the Windrush Generation in the Heritage Project during 2021/22 in the English regions.
