You may be an experienced amateur or you can simply enjoy taking pictures for your own and family enjoyment. Prize winning pictures in the past have been taken by members using their mobile as well as those using ‘point and shoot’ cameras and digital and film SLR equipment. The group holds Photograph days across the country and an annual event is a visit to the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition.
Our latest competition was won by Linda Simpson of Suffolk West branch with her amazing photograph titled “Colours for Propagation and Procreation”
There were two runners up:
Norma Garthwaite from our Edinburgh branch was a well deserved runner up with her picture of Stirling Castle
Elaine Ramsden from Suffolk West was the other runner up with her photo called First Frost
